Currently rented by AUTOLUX (https://www.autolux.cat/es/ ) the Model Room is currently the largest coworking space, designed as a work base for a company. It is divided into two environments: a smaller private office and a large main room where the team works.

The space is separated with glass walls and maintains a feeling of openness without losing functionality or privacy.

Coworking Zone A 

An open space with individual tables perfect for freelancers looking for a quiet place to focus. Enjoy the comfort and flexibility of an open, renovated environment while connecting with other professionals.

Zone B Coworking

Zone B of our coworking is a space with individual tables in a shared area with other coworkers in the space. This area is designed for professionals looking for a fixed place to work within a shared environment. It is a practical option for freelancers and professionals who want continuity, routine and contact with the community, while maintaining their own workspace.

Waiting Room

As you enter Penedès Coworking we have the waiting room, which has three sofas and a table that symbolizes our logo. Here your customers can wait comfortably or the area can also be used to chat and disperse.

It also has a reception where you will find Emma who will guide you and help you with whatever you need, as an extension of your business.

Meeting Room

The Tramuntana meeting room is the flagship room and emblem of Penedès Coworking Business Center for holding meetings with clients. It can be used by all users, just book an appointment on the board in front. It can also be rented on a one-time basis by people and companies outside the coworking, with a rental fee per day and hour.

Toilets and cloakroom

We have toilets adapted for people with reduced mobility, as well as a cloakroom to leave jackets and backpacks comfortably.

In addition, we have a shower, ideal if you come by bicycle, do sports or need to refresh yourself during the day.

Agora

At the back of the coworking we find the 66m2 meeting room (Àgora). An area with a bleacher where more than 50 people can sit, ideal for conferences, meetings, networking events etc. This is where we organize events and where you can organize yours too.

Lounge & Office

Next to the stained glass windows, we find the Lounge area, with sofas and tables to relax, as well as the galley, which includes a refrigerator, multiple microwaves, dining tables and all the necessary accessories. Coffee maker and magazine area.
